Description

Resource Centers are health clinics with a variety of services available in public housing communities and Southwood Apartments. All services are offered to anyone, and cost is based on a financial eligibility sliding sale. The Resource Centers also refer and connect patients to primary care providers and other community services, empowering residents to get connected to the care they need.
