Project Discovery is school drop-out prevention, college access preparatory program serving economically disadvantaged and first generation college students. The program is designed to promote education as a means to ending the cycle of poverty for current and future generations of students. Students attend various informative workshops designed to stimulate interest in attending and graduating colleges and or preparatory schools.

Financial Aid
Project Discovery assist students and their families to provide them with the following services:
Obtain information and guidance on how to choose a college
How to find financial aid and scholarships
How to make the transition into college life
Visit a variety of college campuses to get a true picture of the college experience
Interact with professors and administrators from various colleges
Students get free SAT, ACT, and college fee waivers to assist them in their finances
Project Discovery works within the school system with superintendent, principals, teachers, and guidance counselors
