Local VICAP Program can provide you with FREE, unbiased, confidential and personal assistance. You will speak to a trained counselor who will walk you through the steps to maximize your benefits. Volunteers provide free counseling to Virginia residents regarding health insurance options and assistance with medical insurance forms. Also provides accurate and objective information, counseling, and assistance to Medicare beneficiaries on a wide range of health insurance issues, including Medicare, Medicaid, long-term care, and prescription drugs.
