Consists of one home office and five regional offices in the field, which oversee social service programs and services administered by 120 local offices. Includes the Department of Child Support Enforcement District offices (DCSE) and the Division of Licensing Programs field offices. Provides policy and procedure guidelines, technical assistance, partial funding, and administrative and management functions for local departments of welfare.
