Description
Provides early intervention and child care services for families, infants, and toddlers (birth through age two) who have been diagnosed as developmentally delayed or who are living in at risk families due to low income, prenatal substance abuse, teen pregnancy, or prematurity.

Provides child health and development programs, including specialized therapies for children with disabilities or developmental delays, Early Head Start, full day infant and toddler care, and health and developmental monitoring. Offers evidence-based home visitation, breastfeeding support, infant massage classes, post-partum support, fatherhood classes, developmental playgroups and parent support groups. Also provides training for early childhood professionals.
