Fees
Residents are expected to pay rent ($225/week) that also covers the salary of the house manager. The average stay at The Nest is six to nine months.

Description
work with clients at the Rappahannock, Shenandoah, Warren Regional Jail, providing free individual sessions and group classes. Individual sessions cover topics on anger management, coping with anxiety, understanding and overcoming trauma, and addiction management. The classes, which are provided separately to men and women, include: Drug, Alcohol and Addiction Education Anger/Anxiety/Trauma Management Getting Ahead While Getting Out Classes offered contingent upon interest, enrollment, and actual attendance. When a person is released from RSW, they often have nothing–not even a valid ID. For those who do not have a support system in place, the Reentry Case Manager is available, assisting with immediate needs while helping you develop that critical support network. Provide assistance with finding housing, food, and clothing, often by working with other local agencies. We also help them obtain identification, sign up for Medicaid, and find employment. Finally, provide assistance with accessing treatment services, so that they can stay in recovery.
