Employment and Day Support Services provides support to Loudoun residents with intellectual disabilities or serious mental illness. A variety of programs are offered, to include the Community Access Program (CAP), Psychosocial Rehabilitation and JobLink. Through the Job Link program, the Department of MHSADS helps people obtain and keep competitive employment positions in the community.

The Department of Mental Health, Substance Abuse & Developmental Services (MHSADS) is the central point of entry to mental health, substance abuse and developmental disabilities services in Loudoun. The Department of MHSADS has a variety of programs designed to provide information and referral, supports and/or services to individuals and families facing mental illness, substance use disorders and developmental disabilities. Each program is guided by person-centered plans, which identify the individual's and/or family's goals supporting their recovery needs.
