Legal Advice/Representation - Lebanon, Russell County Commonwealths Attorney

Provides a chief prosecuting officer for Russell County who is responsible for initiating charges and prosecuting people, including juveniles, who have been accused of felony and misdemeanor offenses; and looking into allegations of major fraud, organized criminal activity and corruption and unlawful conduct by public officials. Represents the citizens of Russell County in the Circuit, General District, and Juvenile and Domestic Relations Courts. Does not represent residents in private legal matters.
