Sixth- through twelfth-grade students; preference given to low-income and first-generation college bound youth. The program provides services to the following schools: Carroll MS, Carroll HS, Independence MS, Grayson HS, Marion MS, Marion Senior HS, Scott Memorial MS, and George Wythe HS.

The primary focus is to serve first-generation low-income students through in-school workshops and educational awareness excursions. Middle school students are provided career awareness and exploration opportunities. The program builds on the services provided to high school students by continuing to explore career awareness and exposing them to different post-secondary educational opportunities. Services are provided throughout the year, including summer activities.
