A retail home improvement store selling donated new and gently used building supplies as well as furniture, lighting and appliances at a discounted price (typically 50-80% discount). Revenue from the ReStore funds the Affiliate, allowing almost all of our donations and gifts to be applied directly to the construction and/or rehabilitation of homes.
Blue Ridge Habitat for Humanity (BRHFH) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding access to affordable housing across Winchester, Frederick, Clarke, and Shenandoah counties. BRHFH supports families through its affordable homeownership program, helping them build equity and long-term stability. In addition to new home construction, BRHFH offers critical home repairs and aging in place modifications for older adults and veterans, ensuring safe, accessible living environments. The organization also operates the Winchester ReStore, a home improvement discount store that supports its mission and provides affordable materials to the public.
