The Town Center Residential Housing Program requires prospective residents to complete an application, have an in-person application meeting, and have all required criteria for consideration. Housing is limited, and waitlists are kept. We cannot provide housing to individuals who require case management, who need supportive housing programs, who do not have adequtae mental and physical health to climb stairs and acess our non-ADA compliant facilities, or who do not have probable income.
