The Homeownership Counseling Program focuses on helping low to moderate income residents build their financial capability skills, establish or repair their credit, purchase their first home, or save their homes from foreclosure.
Providing organization
Latino Economic Development Center (LEDC), The
LEDC equips individuals and families with the skills and financial tools to create a better future for themselves and their neighborhoods. Participants in our programs learn how to build their long-term financial stability and prosperity by buying or staying in their homes, and starting or expanding their business. The entire DC-MD-VA region is stronger when all families have the power to achieve financial independence and join with their peers to improve their neighborhoods.
