Description
Provides supplemental foods and nutrition education to eligible persons. The program also serves as an adjunct to good health care by promoting health outcomes of pregnancy, healthy eating habits, and improved health of women, infants and children. They provide healthy food such as cheese, peanut butter, beans, milk and infant formula, as well as nutrition education and referrals to other health care services.
