Goodwill Academy focuses on the basic skills needed to get and keep a job - with any employer or as an entrepreneur. Each participant in the Academy is assigned a job coach to identify goals and coordinate their ongoing development. Each student in the Academy works with their coach to create a clear, well-communicated development plan and receives paid learning hours (on-the-job and classroom). Outside of the classroom, learning opportunities include job shadowing and internships in every area of the organization.
