Description
Offers a nutrition education and supplemental food program for pregnant or nursing women, infants, or children under 5 years of age. Clients must meet income requirements and be at nutritional risk as determined by the nutritionist or nurse through an evaluation. Required childhood immunizations are free for children from birth to age 21.
