NO DIRECT SERVICES - Creates strong, sustainable, inclusive communities with quality, affordable housing for all. Referrals to partner organizations (local governments, redevelopment and housing authorities and nonprofits) that administer federal housing and community development programs. There are two HUD Field Offices that support Virginia. The Richmond Field Office supports the entire Commonwealth except for Northern Virginia.
