Alternative Education - Norfolk,TRAEP, Southeastern Cooperative Educational Programs

The Tidewater Regional Alternative Education Program (TRAEP) provides academic instruction to at-risk children who have been expelled from school, who have had multiple, long-term suspensions, or who are in need of a transitional placement when returning from a state learning center. Special education services are provided by certified special education teachers to students who need both alternative education and special education.
