Application process
Application is online only at https://new-eyes.org/application. Applications can be submitted by social service agency, school nurse or other health advocate or directly by individuals. If approved, applicants will receive an email within 24-48 hours with instructions on how to order eyeglasses on New Eyes' eyeglass ordering website (can only receive glasses online through New Eyes' ordering site). Glasses are delivered to applicant within 5-7 business days.
