VPAS' Senior Cool Care program provides portable fans and air conditioning units to persons 60 years and older whose health is threatened by the lack of a cooling device in the home. Distributed fans and air conditioning units become the property of the recipient and are available on a limited, first come/first serve basis. Typically, applications are accepted May 1 through October 31.
