Care Coordinators answer questions, perform assessments, find and coordinate resources, help apply for benefits, and more. Think of them as the liaison for older adults in the care network focused on addressing the needs of older adults and caregivers.

The Span Center, formerly Senior Connections, provides resources, advocacy, support, and services to help individuals maintain quality of life and independence as they age. The agency also provides information and referral for caregivers and persons with disabilities under Virginia's No Wrong Door initiative.
