Description
Provides information and resources to persons with disfigurement of the face, head, and/or neck, due to accident, disease, or birth. Publishes a brochure and newsletter describing craniofacial syndromes, medical treatments and association activities. FACES does not refer clients to speciafic doctors or hospitals. FACES also hosts an overnight summer camp in July for youth ages 6-17 with facial differences. FACES assists children and adults in all 50 states.

FACES: The National Craniofacial Association is a non-profit organization serving children and adults throughout the United States with severe craniofacial differences resulting from birth defects, injuries, or disease. There is never a charge for any service provided by FACES. Our service goals address three distinct areas: Client Travel, Public Awareness and Understanding, and Information and Support.
