Providing organization

FACES: The National Craniofacial Association

FACES: The National Craniofacial Association is a nonprofit organization providing flexible financial assistance for medically necessary travel to craniofacial surgeries for children and adults throughout the United States with severe craniofacial anomalies resulting from birth defects, injuries, or disease. Our Medical Travel Grant Program provides comprehensive travel support, including airfare, ground transportation, lodging, and meals for patients and their families traveling to craniofacial centers. An application is required and goes through an approval process. This assistance removes financial barriers that might otherwise delay or prevent access to life-changing surgical and therapeutic interventions. There is never a charge for any service provided by FACES. Our service goals address three distinct areas: Client Travel, Public Awareness and Understanding, and Information and Support.
