Description

Provides fuel assistance through a program funded by the Shenandoah Valley Electric Cooperative Energy Assistance program and administered by the Salvation Army. Applications are accepted at the Salvation Army beginning the second working day of October. Bring utility bill for application. Applications are taken until funds are exhausted. The program helps those in need regardless of the type of heat used and only after all other assistance has been exhausted.
