At the Y we, PREVENT DROWNING, teaching youth and adults, how to be safe in and around the water, providing programs like Swim Lessons, Safety Around Water, 2nd Grade Learn to Swim, and Lifeguard Classes. At the Y we, HELP PEOPLE LIVE A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE, IN SPIRIT, MIND, AND BODY, encouraging good health, and fostering connections through fitness, sports, and shared interests, providing programs like Group Exercise, YMCA Weight Loss Program, and LiveSTRONG.
