Provides a Volunteer Organization made up of many community agencies that cooperate to assist others in times of disaster. The Eastern Piedmont Regional Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster (VOAD) includes the counties of Culpeper, Fauquier, Madison, Orange and Rappahannock. Religious and civic non-profit organizations in this region who are interested in assisting victims of natural or man-made disasters, are encouraged to contact the Virginia VOAD Representative located at the Central Virginia Chapter of the American Red Cross, 1105 Rose Hill Drive, Charlottesville, VA 22903.
