Support individuals with a health condition or impairment, chronic illness, and aging adults to stay in their homes and communities. Public Partnerships give clients the choice to hire friends or family (once they pass a background check), or whoever else they feel most comfortable with, to provide the care they need. This service is covered by the CCC Plus Medicaid waiver in Virginia.
