10am to 6pm on Mondays and Wednesdays and Fridays, 10am to 8pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and 10am to 3pm on Saturdays

The Shenandoah County Library System has reciprocity agreements with three other library systems and patrons of the Shenandoah County Library System are entitled to obtain library cards at Handley Regional Library, Samuels Public Library and Massanutten Regional Library.
