Description

The Child and Adult Care Food Program provides nutritious meals and snacks in daycare centers for children and adults and has been doing so for forty years. CACFP also provides meals and snacks to emergency shelters. The Summer Food Service Program is generally administered from the close of the school year through late August. Nutritious meals are provided to participants in these programs that are sponsored by public schools, parks and recreation center, etc.
