Mission is to end the euthanasia of healthy, adoptable animals in the Shenandoah Valley. The program serves all owners of cats and dogs regardless of place of residence or income. Client must schedule an appointment for their companion animal prior to surgery. Vaccinations are only given when the animal is here for surgery. Clinic will provide FREE transport for your dog or cat for spay/neuter services. An appointment is required.
