The project:HOMES Home Rehabilitation Program provides moderate home rehabilitation services and emergency home repairs to allow homeowners to age in place. Repairs focus on a home's infrastructure and typically feature repairing or replacing roofs, plumbing, heating and air conditioning systems, and fixing structural problems leading to health and safety hazards.

We also develop senior apartment communities. Will help low-income and elderly remain in their homes and comfortably age in place; improve accessibility and safety in the homes of the disabled; and help revitalize communities by building attractive, energy efficient, affordable homes.
