A bullying and violence prevention program currently available in seven Richmond schools. Trained counselors work weekly with children to teach and reinforce critical skills such as tolerance, effective communication and understanding personal boundaries.

Challenge Discovery Projects promotes social and emotional wellness for children and their families in Greater Richmond through school-based and community programs focusing on emotional health, bullying prevention, substance abuse and trauma. In addition, Challenge Discovery Projects offers emotional health and substance abuse counseling for the deaf and hard of hearing.
