Provides low-income families, older adults, and persons with disabilities with subsidies for rental housing. Subsidies can be used to rent all types of housing (i.e., single family homes, duplexes, condominiums, and apartments) provided that Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Housing Quality Standards are met.
