Offers new or secondhand furniture, appliances, clothing and household items at lower than retail prices, and uses the proceeds from sales, less operational expenses, to support other services to the Floyd community. Accepts direct donations from the public of new and reusable goods. Staffed solely by volunteers. The location for dropping off donations is: 112 Needmore Lane, Floyd Virginia, which is located a few blocks north of the traffic signal on Route Eight next door to Harvest Moon market. Call first for special arrangements to donate furniture or large appliances. Cannot accept mattresses, or CRT (tube-type) TV sets, as they are not salable.
