Adults ages 60 and older with cognitive impairments, such as Alzheimer's and other dementias, or seniors with physical impairments who cannot stay home alone during the day

7:30am to 5:30pm from Monday through Friday

Loudoun County Adult Day Centers help aging adults remain in the community as long as possible, providing support and respite to caregivers. All Centers are licensed by the Virginia Department of Social Services. Three licensed adult day centers provide therapeutic activities for older adults who cannot safely stay home alone and who would benefit from a supportive environment. The centers, located in Leesburg, Purcellville, and Ashburn offer services for clients with cognitive and physical disabilities.
