Local residents interested in the free service should go to Luter Hall 143B. Signs will direct residents to the visitor parking lot adjacent to the Trible Library and a short walk from Luter Hall. Please bring:# Proof of Identity # Copies of ALL W-2, 1098, 1099 forms # Social Security (SSN) or Individual Tax Identification Number (ITIN) for all individuals to be listed on the return # Provider's address and Tax Identification Number for Child/Dependent Care Credit # Form 8332 or copy of divorce decree for non-custodial parent claiming child # Banking information (checking and/or savings account) for direct deposit/debit # Amounts/dates of estimated or other tax payments made, etc. # Amounts of other income .
