Carroll County Warming center/charging shelter open Sunday, January 26, from 10 AM to 5 PM at the Lambsburg Community Center, 130 Learning Lane, Lambsburg. A kitchen and outlets for charging devices will be available for use Hillsville Pentecostal Holiness Church will also have a warming shelter open at the church, located at 203 Virginia Street in Hillsville. Bring your chargers. - Need water?
