Eligibility
In order to qualify, our patients must be uninsured, live in the Roanoke Valley, and have income up to 200& of the Federal Poverty Level. Our eligibility has expanded to include one or more of the following:-Working 1+ hour(s) per week;-Caregivers of preschoolers, elderly, and persons with disabilities;-People residing in shelters/treatment centers;-Students enrolled in educational or job-training programs; or-People who have been laid-off or have been unemployed up to 2 years.

Fees
While no patient will be turned away for a lack of ability to pay, uninsured patients are asked to make a contribution for services.
$10.00 Standard Office Visit (Sick Visit, Follow-Up, or Wellness Visit)
$20.00 Specialty Office Visit (GYN, Physical Therapy, Cardiology)

Provide free medical, dental, behavioral health, pharmaceutical, and preventive health care services--as well as referrals to specialists in the community--for the underserved community.
Services include: primary care, chronic care, eye exams, lab work, x-rays and other imaging services, women's health care, minor outpatient surgery, psychiatry services and counseling, acute and chronic medication, eye exams, prescription eyeglasses, occupational, physical, and speech therapy, weight loss, and patient education.
