Adults 18 and older with a diagnosed developmental disability and who may have additional physical or emotional disabilities. Individuals must demonstrate limitations in two or more the following areas: activities of daily living, independent living skills, socialization, community integration, behavior management, and motor or leisure skills.

Operates Waiver homes and Intermediate Care Facilities for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities. Each home is located in a residential community and is staffed 24 hours a day. Staff are responsible for supporting the individuals with activities of daily living, accessing community resources, encouraging self- direction, and developing and maintaining connections with family members, friends, and other natural supports.
