Adult Day Support - Charlottesville, Meadowcreek Center, Region Ten Community Services Board
Meadowcreek Day Activity provides training and assistance to adults with developmental disabilities to acquire, improve and maintain functional abilities, while also achieving social integration with peers and the community. Meadowcreek Day Support provides opportunities for individuals to pursue personal interests and strengths in the community through art, music, technology, self-advocacy, and wellness. Meadowcreek coordinates with a variety of community-based services, including Charlottesville Parks & Recreation, Access Arts, Madison House, Meals On Wheels, Best Buddies, and Salvation Army.
