Seton Youth Shelters' Street Outreach Program (SOP) offers all services offered within the shelters out in high-risk communities of Hampton Roads, such as crisis intervention, counseling, sex education, substance abuse education, as well as providing snacks, drinks, and hygiene items.

Seton Youth Services has 3 main programs: Shelters, Outreach, and Mentoring. Our 2 residential shelters offer services 24 hours per day, 365 days a year for youth 9-17. All services are without charge to assist youth in crisis throughout Hampton Roads.
