Description
Provides educational programs and seminars to caregivers of older and/or adults with disabilities. Supports family caregivers by offering free consultations, in-home respite, and other supportive services. Offers a monthly virtual support call to caregivers of older adults, and referrals to support groups to grandparents or other relatives raising children under 18. Provides information packets, as well as community presentations, a subscription to the Fairfax Caregiver Alert Notifications Program, and the Golden Gazette (a monthly newspaper, which is available online).
