Victim/Witness Assistance Program - Bedford, Bedford Commonwealth Attorney

Located within the Office of the Commonwealth's Attorney, the Program provides services to crime victims and witnesses in Bedford City/County in accordance with the Virginia Crime Victim and Witness Rights Act. Advocates work toward reducing the confusion, fear and anxiety that crime victims and witnesses have regarding the criminal justice system. Helps ensure that victims of crimes receive fair and compassionate treatment while participating in the criminal justice program.
