Families are selected based on the following criteria: 1. Completed Application Process – Includes submission of a formal application and supporting documents. 2. Ability to Pay – Demonstrated capacity to afford monthly mortgage payments. 3. Need for Affordable Housing – Inability to secure conventional financing and currently living in substandard or overcrowded housing. 4. Income Eligibility – Household income falls within program guidelines (60-80% AMI). 5. Willingness to Partner – Commitment to work alongside Habitat through sweat equity hours and participation in homeownership preparation. This program empowers families to achieve stability, build equity, and invest in their future through safe, affordable housing.
