Homeownership Program Description Habitat for Humanity is building affordable homes for families in the City of Winchester and the counties of Frederick, Clarke, and Shenandoah. These homes are sold to qualified partner families through a low-interest mortgage, making homeownership attainable and sustainable.

BRHFH supports families through its affordable homeownership program, helping them build equity and long-term stability. In addition to new home construction, BRHFH offers critical home repairs and aging in place modifications for older adults and veterans, ensuring safe, accessible living environments. The organization also operates the Winchester ReStore, a home improvement discount store that supports its mission and provides affordable materials to the public.
