Provides free library service to the public including the checkout of books, magazines, books on tape and CD, CD-ROM computer software, DVDs, videos and music CDs. Customers may place holds and renew items online. Provides programs for children from toddlers to teens including a Summer Reading Program. A schedule of programs is available on the web site http://tlc.library.net/orange under "Calendar". Provides public access computers with high speed Internet access and wireless Internet access. Provides access from the library or home to a wide variety to online database resources. LICENSED BY: State Board of Education.
