Women (and up to 2 of their children that are under school age) experiencing substance use disorders that meet ASAM levels of care indicating a need for residential treatment
Priority populations include pregnant and parenting women, and women with opioid use disorders and/or IV drug use

Application process
Admission to the Women’s Center is through an individual’s local Community Services Board (CSB). Region Ten is the CSB for individuals in the City of Charlottesville, Albemarle, Fluvanna, Greene, Louisa, and Nelson Counties.

The Region Ten Women’s Center is a residential substance use treatment program for women that is designed to empower women in their recovery journey. The Women’s Center offers a comprehensive array of services including individual, group, and family therapy; peer support; parent coaching and mentoring; nutrition education; connection to medical care; connection to vocational training and education; services for children; and aftercare planning. The Women’s Center creates a stable foundation for recovering women and their children to engage in intensive treatment and wrap-around services.
