The call will be answered by a trained ACCESS specialist who will ask some simple questions and get basic information. They will then explain the available services, verify insurance coverage, and schedule an initial appointment.

Description
Provides guidance for individuals with serious mental illness who are in recovery. Services teach individuals to manage symptoms, recognize early warning signs, and anticipate stressors. Services provide crisis intervention, supportive counseling, and access to needed resources while helping to prevent hospitalization, and teaching individuals how to maintain a natural support system.
