Museum - Wytheville, Edith Bolling Wilson Birthplace Museum
The Museum tells the story of a Pocahontas descendant who did more than just marry Woodrow Wilson, the 28th President of the United States. When a stroke left the President incapacitated, she helped shield him from Congress and the public. Because of her extensive involvement during this time, she has been referred to by historians as "The First Woman President." At the Edith Bolling Wilson Birthplace Museum discover how she was indeed a woman of all times.
