Meal Gift Packages will be distributed to registered individuals the Saturday, before Thanksgiving between 8AM. - 12PM at the Chesterfield County Fairgrounds Exhibition Center located at 10300 Courthouse Road, Chesterfield, VA 23832.

Application process
Starting October 1, we open registration for the MA Weeks Thanksgiving Program. We receive voicemail messages from M-W and you can register online as well at www.cchasm.org
Registration goes very quick. Make sure to sign up the first couple of days of October to be on the list.

To provide food pantry appointments ( in person and through delivery), emergency utility financial assistance (as funds permit), and educational resources to area residents who have experienced or are experiencing emergencies. Every Thanksgiving we offer a non perishable meal bag and $20 grocery gift card to those that sign up. Sign up begins around October 1. The pick up is the Saturday before Thanksgiving.
