Eligibility

Any resident of the City of Norfolk age 6 or above with a medical diagnosis of any form (physical, cognitive, developmental, intellectual).

Hours

9am to 12pm on Mondays and Wednesdays, 3pm to 4pm on Mondays, 9am to 10am and 2:30pm to 5pm on Tuesdays, 2:30pm to 4pm on Wednesdays, and 11am to 12pm and 3pm to 5pm on Fridays
