Eligibility
Any resident of the City of Norfolk age 6 or above with a medical diagnosis of any form (physical, cognitive, developmental, intellectual).
Hours
3pm to 4pm on Mondays, 9am to 12pm on Mondays and Wednesdays, 9am to 10am and 2:30pm to 5pm on Tuesdays, 2:30pm to 4pm on Wednesdays, and 11am to 12pm and 3pm to 5pm on Fridays

Therapeutic Recreation programs utilize recreation to help individuals with temporary impairments, other health conditions, and disabilities to increase independence, strengthen leisure skills, and enhance personal well-being—physically, cognitively, emotionally, and socially—in a rehabilitative environment.
