For those facing financial hardship from unemployment, a family crisis, or a chronic medical condition, EnergyShare is Dominion Energy's energy assistance program of last resort. There is no income guideline requirement, however, a current Electric or Gas bill must be present upon completion of application. EnergyShare intake agencies determine eligibility for EnergyShare and may have additional requirements when qualifying customers for this program.
