Offers comprehensive rehabilitative care to adults with musculoskeletal impairment due to traumatic injury, overuse and disease. Aids in recovery from an array of disabilities and neuromusculoskeltal disorders. Offers multidisciplinary treatment, including occupational and physical therapy, speech therapy, vocational counseling, psychological and social intervention, rehabilitation nursing, acupuncture, pain management and recreation. Evaluation and care may consist of electrodiagnostic studies, neuroconduction studies, evoked potentials, orthotic & prosthetic prescriptions, gait evaluation and functional assessment of physical disabilities. Head Injury Program provides primary and rehabilitative inpatient and outpatient care for patients with traumatic brain injuries. The Spinal Cord Program provides comprehensive medical and rehabilitation care for paraplegic and quadriplegic inpatients and outpatients with regular follow-ups. The Stroke Program gives primary and rehabilitation care to inpatients who then graduate to the outpatient clinic. The Sports Medicine and Musculoskeletal Program provides outpatient rehabilitation care.
